The amendment of implementation plans of provincial interest covers the ongoing processing of modification requests for the industrial zones of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, South Tyrol. Commissioned by the Office for Crafts and Industrial Areas, we prepare amendments to existing implementation plans as needed, consolidating requests from established businesses and the competent offices into a single unified planning document.

The urban planning services include the revision of normative plans and the related implementation regulations, in close coordination with the Office for Spatial Planning and Cartography. In addition, we prepare the preliminary environmental report for each affected zone within the framework of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) screening procedure pursuant to Art. 7 of Provincial Law 17/2017.

Our services are provided on a project-by-project basis, whenever the need for amendments arises, ensuring flexible and expert support for the Province in the ongoing development of its productive zones.
